Having the protection of the Smart Hip Guardian is great when a fall occurs.  But at Smart Hip Guardian, we know that true protection goes beyond only protecting the hips.  That is where Remote Monitoring comes in.  This subscription includes:

  • Access to our mobile app for monitoring by wearers, caregivers, children, etc. to keep an eye on activity, battery life, and more.
  • Alerts in case of a fall - whenever a belt deploys, the designated emergency contacts will be notified.
  • When a fall occurs, our response center is also notified.  They will reach out to see if emergency services are required.  If they are, or we can't reach the wearer, emergency services will be dispatched.
  • Simplified reordering - after a fall, our customer service will reach out and help get a new backup belt ordered, so you don't have to be without protection.

How It Works
